Dear Parents and Carers, What a wonderful week we've had! Year 4 have been magnificent in their pond studies and the choir sounded lovely on Wednesday. Thank you to everyone who came along. A few reminders. Year 4's trip to Kew Gardens is on Thursday 18th — the £12.50 contribution needs to be in by Friday 12th please, and children will need a packed lunch and school blazer. Swimming consent forms for Year 2 must be returned by Tuesday. Next Friday is World Book Day.

Claim it, tick it off, add it to your calendar. Invite another adult and they get their own login onto the same plan.
Dan’s got this
Seen by both
Manage school admin yourself, share it with a partner, or keep two homes in sync. School Sorted keeps the dates, forms, payments and prep in one place — and only adds another login when you need one.
Managing it yourself
Everything works with one adult. No invite required.
Parenting together
Share the school admin without one person becoming the default organiser.
Co-parenting across two homes
Two logins, one version of what’s happening — without forwarding screenshots back and forth.
Form due
Swimming consent
Tue 16 Sep · Jack, Year 2
Share it and you get one extra layer: who’s handling each item, and whether the other adult has seen it.
If you want to share the plan, you invite another adult with a link you send yourself. No invite emails or push notifications from us yet.

Founder of Musette
I’ve spent years talking openly about family life with a community of 46,000 people on Instagram. Along the way I’ve worked with brands including Amazon, Invisalign and Huel, been featured in The Times and joined conversations on podcasts including Amicable.
My other world is marketing. I’ve spent my career leading teams for businesses trying to move things in a better direction, particularly in sustainability. The common thread has always been making positive choices easier for people.
Musette brings those two parts of my life together. Parenting already comes with enough mental load. I think technology should remove some of it — not add another thing to manage.
Build useful things. Make life a little easier. Leave things better than I found them.

Yearly is the one we’d pick: same product, £18.88 less. Choosing a plan now just tells us which you’d prefer later.
No. Musette is free during early access and we don’t ask for a card. If you choose annual or monthly, you’re only telling us which plan you’d prefer when paid plans launch. You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is charged.
No. It’s for any parent or carer running school admin — on your own, with a partner, or across two homes. Two-home families are a setup we’ve built for properly: you pick yours once and the app words things to match.
No. Schools do nothing differently and never hear from us. You hand over the messages they already send you.
Pasted text from an email or school app, screenshots or photos of a notice, and PDF letters. Scanned image-only PDFs are the weak spot — a screenshot works better there.
Not yet. That’s coming to the beta. Paste, screenshot and PDF all work today.
Yes. Nothing waits for a second person. If you do want another adult in — a partner, a co-parent, a grandparent — you create an invite link in Settings, send it however you like, and they sign in to the same plan with their own login.
Usually. Tell it your children’s names and year groups once. When it can’t tell, it leaves the child blank rather than guessing.
Every item is editable and the original quote sits underneath it. Anything unsure is flagged for a look.
Two minutes to set up. Send it one school message and see what comes out.
